1 Placing an order
Placing an order with BYDIMITRI.com is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
1. Add an item to your shopping bag by choosing an available size and then clicking on the “ADD TO SHOPPING BAG” button.
2. When you proceed to the checkout you will be shown your shopping bag for review. Click on “Next” to Enter your personal information.
3. Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been confirmed. You will see an order number and a “Thank You” indicating this.
4. Immediately after this you will receive an order confirmation to your indicated e-mail address. As soon as the shipment has been picked up, you will receive another e-mail, providing you with the tracking number of your package.
We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items shown on our Site. Yet, occasionally we do sell out of products before the site can be updated. You will receive an e-mail if an item that you have ordered is out-of-stock. The changes will be reflected on your invoice.
2 Method of payment
Payments (including shipping fees) are accepted via credit card. In the event that purchased goods are not available at the time your order is prepared for shipping, any amounts credited in advance will be refunded immediately.
Understand that some bank institutes charge an additional fee for foreign money transfers/ credit card transactions. This does not apply to DIMITRI exclusively and needs to be clarified beforehand with your bank institute. DIMITRI does not charge international transactions fees.
2.1 Credit Cards
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
For your security reason, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to independently verify. To avoid delays, please make sure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written exactly as it appears on the card. In the unlikely event that we need to contact you during the authentication process, please ensure that your contact details are accurate.
MasterCard Securecode® & Verified by Visa®
• To give you even more confidence in shopping online with DIMITRI, we have introduced MasterCard® SecureCode and Verified by Visa. This service protects your credit card account from unauthorized use when you shop with us.
• To use these services, you must first register with the bank or credit card institution that issued your card.
• Once you have registered and created your own private password with your card issuer, you will be automatically prompted at checkout to provide this password each time you make a purchase. This means that even if someone knows your debit card number, they will be unable to complete a purchase without your private password.
• Your MasterCard SecureCode® and your Verified by Visa® passwords are not your BYDIMITRI.com account password. DIMITRI does not have access to your MasterCard SecureCode® or Verified by Visa® passwords.
2.2 Safe and Secure Ordering
We take great care in protecting your online order information at BYDIMITRI.com. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which means your credit card numbers and other personal information is always encrypted (scrambled) before they are sent or received over the Internet. SSL is the industry-standard encryption technology for secure e-commerce transactions.
3 Delivery and shipping cost
Unless otherwise agreed the shipping will be carried out to the address given by the customer. Periods of delivery are non-binding, unless otherwise expressed. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes (excluding Qatar & Saudi Arabia). Our shipping partners do not offer Saturday deliveries. Some countries may have restrictions on the import and receipt of certain items. Due to the high value and nature of the items we ship, a signature is required for all purchases.
3.2 Shipping partners
Shipments will be carried out through our preferred shipping partners and their terms and conditions will apply additionally and can be read on their respective websites.
3.3 Shipping costs and estimated delivery times
Our goal is to dispatch orders within 24 hours. During high-volume sale periods it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. DIMITRI is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, severe weather or other unforeseen conditions.
BYDIMITRI.com has arranged that all goods of your order are insured against damage or theft from the pick-up at our premises. As soon as the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for this insurance ends. The costs therefore are being covered by us.
3.5 Tracking your order
You will receive an email when your order is shipped to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. At any time you can track your shipment by referring to the link provided in this email. Or simply type in the tracking number of your package on the shipping service provider's website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact customer service.

5.2 Return policy
Should you not be happy with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them in their original condition with all original tags. The obligation for returns does not apply when any of the tags have been removed or damaged. The same applies when the returned items are used, worn, washed or damaged. All goods have to be returned on your own.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RETURNS
We are not liable for any damages or lost packages when the return did not take place with the same shipper used with your original order.
DIMITRI is not liable for any returns which are carried out in a different manner other than the outlined conditions.
The return will be shipped as Standard Delivery unless otherwise noted.
5.4 Damaged/ mis-shipped items
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We will take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price and sales tax. To do so please go back to Returns.
